不銹鋼翻邊簡介：

沖壓翻邊是將毛坯或半成品的外邊緣或孔邊緣沿一定的曲線翻成豎立的邊緣的沖壓方法。當(dāng)不銹鋼沖壓翻邊的沿線是一條直線時，不銹鋼沖壓翻邊變形就轉(zhuǎn)變成為彎曲，所以也可以說彎曲是不銹鋼沖壓翻邊的一種特殊形式。不銹鋼沖壓翻邊可以代替某些復(fù)雜零件的拉深工序，改善材料的塑性流動以免破裂或起皺。代替先拉后切的方法制取無底零件，可減少加工次數(shù)，節(jié)省材料。
